"This was quick getting seated, quick and amazing service, and kind/thoughtful!! The atmosphere was great! The experience was amazing ! Also the food is always amazing here! "I've heard a lot about Olive Garden's Chicken Alfredo before. This was my first time actually trying it. It was delicious! I read a lot of negative reviews about the service, but our experience was very pleasant. Both Jack and the manager were very friendly and showed genuine interest."

"When we showed up we were told 5-10 min. Other customers were showing up after us and were seated before us. After 20 minutes I approached the hostess and she could not give us an accurate time. The next 10 minutes there were 4 ginger hostess up there playing around pinching each other and goofing off never acknowledging us or giving us an update. Finally got seated 35 minutes later, asked for the manager and let her know how we felt discriminated. This is the beta part of the night, our server William, amazing man! His service was beyond amazing! He heard us and was very attentive, genuine with a smile! The best service we have ever had, he definitely made this experience 1000%. I watched him serve 9 tables at a time, that I could see, always with a smile, very courteous, and checking up on everyone. William thank you, if you are not told enough how much your friendly personality makes a huge difference! Your personality was out of this world!
